Since 1992, Consort NT has been designing, building and operating infrastructures and solutions, placing human capital and collective business intelligence at the heart of its concerns.

Consort NT is an ESN (digital services company) with 2300 employees whose population can be at customer sites in technical assistance, internally on central functions or in their service centers.

Consort NT is certified on its integrated management system ISO 27001. This requirement of the 27001 standard obliges the ESN to ensure that employees are fully aware of security issues. This requirement also requires that they support their clients in their own process of mastering and training around safety issues.

Consort NT problem

The challenge was to ensure, according to the requirements of the standard, that employee were aware and had the necessary skills in terms of safety, while having issues of physical movements and mobility of their customers. To do this, it was necessary to equip ourselves with an awareness tool on the subjects that are the fundamentals of a “safety” culture regardless of the environments. This solution had to allow for massive training of employees and offer a simple reporting tool. The reporting had to ensure individualized monitoring and by organization, in order to be able to manage reminders and control the rate of adhesion to the solution. This solution also had to be attractive, to reach young populations while ensuring a controlled schedule and possible deployment over time. And this, in order to ensure a real development of a culture and not a one-off operation.

Expectations and needs identified internally

  • It was essential to be able to reach more than 80% of their populations, including those dispersed among their customers and on their sites
  • The implementation times had to be short
  • It was necessary to offer an attractive, fun and accessible solution anywhere and at any time

"I am very satisfied with the solution that was implemented for several reasons. The first is that we responded to a requirement of the General Management and this relatively simple solution to implement affecting all employees allowed the full support of the Consort NT management. The second is that we realized that our major clients had also chosen this solution. Which put us on an equal footing with regards to issues related to safety. And above all, I would say that as Quality and Safety Director, I responded as well to the requirements of the standard as to the compliance resquested by our customers."

Choosing the Keep an eye out solution

This Serious game or virtual game is available on the Daesign platform. It can be sequenced into missions that can be completed independently of each other.

Targets and volume

  • 3500 people registered since the platform was set up

Deployment terms, Framework of use and Dissemination process

To manage the need for awareness over time :

  2. A requirement for all new entrants to complete the game since the beginning of 2018
  3. Regular individual follow-up of employees on the completion of the various missions
  4. A strong managerial commitment to support

Results

Nearly 80% of employees affected and an average success score of 94%.

"From an administrative point of view, this solution perfectly met our needs both in terms of the quality of reporting and the individual monitoringof each employee. 3500 people completed the Serious game for an average success rate of 94%."
