Our modules draw on our expertise in Serious Gaming, and are designed to be particularly immersive.
Our modules are all based on a playful teaching approach focused on real-life situations.
They use various immersive gaming mechanics that are particularly well suited to teaching soft skills: dialogue simulations, games based on analysis and decision-making, case studies where learners can influence the scenario, etc.
Learners project themselves into realistic situations, experiment and find solutions on their own: an approach that is much more engaging than traditional e-learning and also offers:
- A human presence, with a facilitator who speaks into the video
- Quizzes to assess what has been learned at the end of the module, with a target score and a certificate of completion
- Downloadable fact sheets
