Blended learning courses
Our blended learning courses combine several modalities : virtual or face-to-face classrooms, serious game and peer workshop.
Our blended training courses are delivred in person, at your company’s premises, or remotly via Teams, which avoids the organisational constraints of face-to-face training while still providing the support of a live trainer.
All these training courses last between half a day and a full day and incorporate the following teaching approaches:
- Trainees are presented with one or more interactive practical cases using our serious games, played live in pairs and followed by remediation.
- The trainer uses the game to generate discussion among peers, which is then transformed into a practical workshop where trainees work on their own cases and produce a deliverable
- Everything is done-in-house, so the trainer can adapt the training to the RTE context and the trainee needs questionnaires that are always completed beforehand
- Each trainee leaves with a digital teaching kit that helps them consolidate what they have learnt
