From non-discrimination to inclusion

Compliance with the legal framework on non-discrimination is an essential foundation, but it is not enough for a successful business. True transformation comes from moving beyond simple compliance to a proactive approach to promoting diversity and inclusion. Recognizing the richness of different profiles is a lever for growth that stimulates innovation and strengthens employee engagement.

A well-executed inclusion policy becomes a powerful driver of performance. By creating an environment where everyone feels respected and valued, the company unlocks the potential of its teams. Inclusive management promotes dialogue and creativity, which translates into greater engagement, greater agility, and a stronger employer brand.

However, the path to an inclusive culture is fraught with obstacles such as stereotypes and unconscious cognitive biases that distort our decisions. Becoming aware of our own biases is the first essential step in deconstructing them and adopting more equitable behaviors. This requires awareness and concrete tools for all employees.

Theoretical approaches are limited in their ability to support this change. The challenge is to feel the real impact of discrimination in order to bring about lasting behavioral change. That is why training on diversity and inclusion in the workplace must focus on experiential learning in order to raise real awareness and embed new skills.

Target audience and prerequisites

Our training is aimed at all employees within an organization, as building an inclusive culture is a shared responsibility. Through their daily actions, each employee contributes to shaping a respectful and productive work environment.

Particular attention is paid to managers, directors, and human resources professionals. They play a key role in disseminating best practices, influencing recruitment, and ensuring fairness within teams. The training provides them with concrete tools to identify and correct biases.

No technical prerequisites or theoretical knowledge are necessary to participate. Our teaching approach is accessible to all. All that is required to contribute to a fairer professional environment is an open mind and a willingness to question one’s practices.

Training program

Our program is based on progressive interactive situations designed to support you and provide you with concrete tools that can be applied immediately.

Understanding the legal framework and context

We illustrate how the legal framework applies in practice in professional situations, from recruitment to career management, to ensure that company practices are secure.

Understanding the psychological mechanisms that lead to discrimination, such as stereotypes and cognitive biases. Becoming aware of the impact of unconscious biases is key to overcoming them and implementing fair management practices.

We work on the attitudes and reflexes to adopt in order to foster a climate of trust, in particular through the development of inclusive communication. Our workshops and role-playing exercises, detailed in our section on diversity awareness in the workplace, enable values to be transformed into concrete actions.

An inclusion policy is a long-term corporate project. We study the key performance indicators to be put in place to measure progress and ensure the impact of your actions.

Educational objectives

By the end of this training, you will have a solid understanding of the legal framework for non-discrimination and be able to clearly identify your own unconscious biases. Understanding the difference between stereotypes and discrimination is the essential foundation for initiating lasting change.

Our ambition is to help you develop the skills you need to take concrete action on a daily basis. You will learn how to identify situations of discrimination and respond constructively, topics that we also cover in our webinar on diversity and inclusion.

The ultimate goal is to help you adopt an authentically inclusive attitude as an employee and manager. By developing a greater sensitivity to each person’s experiences, you will become an active promoter of a corporate culture based on kindness and fairness.

Skills are assessed on an ongoing basis through interactive quizzes to reinforce the learning from each module. The course is then validated by the issuance of a certificate of completion, which certifies the acquisition of key skills to become a player in a more inclusive corporate culture.

Our strength lies in our immersive and experiential educational approach, based on serious games. By placing you in the shoes of the observer, the target, or the perpetrator of discrimination, the training provokes profound awareness, as illustrated by our approach to disability awareness in the workplace.

The quality of the program is guaranteed by its co-design with Altidem, a recognized expert in diversity, and its distinction as a winner of the Diversity Awards. It is a true tool for transformation that is part of a policy of Quality of Life and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

We understand that integrating a training program is a strategic investment for your company, which must align with your objectives and resources. That’s why our approach goes beyond a catalog of ready-made solutions. We work with you to define a tailor-made deployment plan that is perfectly suited to your priorities: whether it’s running a large-scale awareness campaign, providing specific training for your managers and HR teams, or integrating this program into a broader cultural transformation initiative. The scale, pace, and terms of deployment are thus adapted to fit seamlessly into your business and maximize impact.

Our expert teams are available to assist you in building your project, from defining your needs to implementation. During a confidential discussion, we can explore together the various educational and administrative engineering options for structuring the project. Our role is to advise you and provide you with everything you need to build the most relevant and efficient solution for your organization. Please don’t hesitate to contact us to discuss your specific context and your ambitions in terms of diversity and inclusion.
